Day 1: Arrival in Dublin

Arrive at Dublin Airport and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in Dublin. Check into your hotel and unwind after your journey. Enjoy a relaxed dinner at one of Dublin’s charming local pubs.

Day 2: Discover Dublin

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day exploring Dublin After lunch, consider a visit to the Guinness Storehouse for a taste of Ireland’s most famous stout or explore the vibrant Temple Bar area.

Day 3: Northern Ireland Highlights

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Northern Ireland. Your first stop is the stunning Giant’s Causeway, where you’ll have entry to the Visitor Center. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage site and marvel at the unique rock formations.

Day 4: The Titanic Belfast

Head to Belfast for a visit to the Titanic Belfast Museum, an interactive exhibition that tells the story of the famous ship.
Evening: Return to Dublin for a restful evening and dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Dublin to Cork

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before departing for Cork. En route, we may stop at one of the historic sites such as the Rock of Cashel, a spectacular group of medieval buildings set on a hilltop with panoramic views.

Once in Cork, check into your hotel and take some time to explore the city. Visit the English Market or wander the charming streets of this vibrant city.

Day 5: Exploring Cork and Blarney

After breakfast, head to the famous Blarney Castle. Kiss the Blarney Stone to gain the gift of eloquence, and explore the castle’s beautiful gardens.
Spend the rest of the day exploring Cork at your own pace. Consider visiting the Cork City Gaol or taking a relaxing stroll along the River Lee.

Day 6: Cork to Galway via the Cliffs of Moher

Start with breakfast before checking out of your hotel and heading towards Galway. Along the way, stop at the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher. Take in the stunning views and visit the Visitor Center to learn more about the natural and cultural history of this dramatic landscape.

Day 7: Galway Adventures

Visit the Galway Cathedral, stroll through the Latin Quarter, or take a scenic walk along the Salthill Promenade. Consider a visit to the nearby Connemara region, known for its rugged landscapes, charming villages, and scenic beauty.
Return to Galway for a celebratory dinner at one of the city’s top restaurants, enjoying a delicious meal to cap off your adventure in Ireland.

Day 8: Departure

Morning: Enjoy your final breakfast in Ireland before your private transfer takes you to Dublin Airport for your departure.

Additional Tips:
Packing: Bring layers as Ireland’s weather can be unpredictable. Comfortable shoes are a must for exploring.

Cultural Etiquette: The Irish are known for their hospitality. A smile and a thank you will go a long way.

Safety: Ireland is generally safe for travelers, but always keep an eye on your belongings and be aware of your surroundings.

While participating in events held or sponsored by A Woman's Journey, consistent with CDC and international travel guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings indoors to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, A Woman's Journey will fill the preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 laid out in the country of our trip's destination and in the United States. However, A Woman's Journey cannot guarantee that its participants,  partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in A Woman's Journey events and/or other face-to-face fundraising activities. By joining us on a A Woman's Journey event, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:

1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others;

2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or

3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.

While we will try our best to keep all travelers informed of Covid-19 restrictions while traveling it is your responsibility to stay informed and up-to-date on all travel restrictions, conditions, and best practices related to Covid-19.
